Have sailors that do have running brag sheets but you're having trouble making sure they keep them up to date? Probably they have one, but it's a Word document stored on the share drive and they always forget it's there.
I'd like to introduce you to Little Green Brain. It's a website that I have created to solve exactly this problem. It's online, completely secure, mobile friendly and best of all: free.
With it you and your sailors can write simple reminder posts and then use those to easily create brag sheets. Never forget that one weird thing you did six months ago that would "totally awesome!" on your eval again. Jot that down on little green brain and I'll have saved for you when you come back for it.
As an added bonus, you can create a work center that your sailors can join that lets you easily find out if your sailors have recently made an update to their brag sheet, see their brag sheet even if they're deployed over seas, and help ensure that your sailors have all the information that they need to write their evaluation the right way the first time.
But wait! There's more! For no extra cost, I've thrown in a grading system that helps you grade your sailors on their efforts and rank them against each other. They'll be able to see where they're doing awesome and where they need a little extra "oomph". Forget mid-term counseling, do it weekly.
Then you can use those scores and automatically "rack and stack" your sailors in a searchable, filterable table that will help you quickly decide who your next Sailor of the Quarter/Year should be.
