I have been looking for a process to remove items from OMPF. For example for last year's CPO board package I had a few awards added. Now the problem is that I see both the old documents as well as the new documents. I have asked everyone on my end; however, being on [a small ship] doesn't provide me with any admin rates. Any guidance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
You can submit requests to omit and change documents in OMPF via email to PERS-313 at MILL_OMPF-CHG@navy.mil. Please ensure you digitally sign and encrypt your email do not include any PII in the Subject of your email. Ensure your Name, SSN, and email address are in your request. List specifically each document including the Date of the document to be changed/omitted and why. Be specific as possible. The process for OMPF modification can take up to 30 days.
